Assist civically minded leaders with the development of affordable rental and ownership housing. Provide high level assistance with feasibility, predevelopment, finance, design, construction, or operations.
LEADERSHIP COACHING
Support to non profit directors, managers, and community leaders to improve organization and neighborhood outcomes. Assist with setting and achieving strategic business goals, help manage sensitive communication with staff or Board relationships, improve productivity through skill building and performance accountability.
COMMUNITY INITIATIVES
Support grass roots leaders with developing and implementing social justice initiatives. Develop or strengthen public-private partnerships, create and implement fundraising strategies, improve program management, perform policy research or advocacy.
